January 15 – February 15 and from July 15 – August 16.
The State of Delaware's Management Development Institute provides a
Management Development Certificate (MDC) program offering supervisors and managers a comprehensive, progressive
series of developmental opportunities to continually improve their performance. The program encourages managers
to improve individual, team, and organizational performance while enhancing the state's succession management
plans.
The Management Development Certificate program builds on six core competencies
