Description If you are like most people, you are confronted by negative people every day. You may even experience negative thoughts and display negative behaviors yourself. How many of you are prepared to handle so much destructiveness? Without some help or guidance to overcome negativity, you may find you have little or no joy in life at home, at work, or at play.
Research has clearly established that negativity leads to increased stress and conflict. A pattern of chronic stress often results in increased physical and/or mental health problems that have an adverse impact on work, family, and friends.
